Based from Aston Cross, working hybrid, min of 2 days a week in the office.

This is a fixed term contract until the end of March 2026, therefore this role would suit candidates who are immediately available or have a short notice period.

Reporting into the Supply Chain Manager for Tructyre, you will be responsible for overseeing the movement of tyres, consumables, and stock across all direct delivery depots. This includes coordinating inbound orders, managing inventory levels, and guaranteeing punctual deliveries to support our Commercial Technicians and fulfil customer commitments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate the movement of stock and products through the supply chain from supplier to depot and customers.
  • Monitor stock inventory levels, forecast the demand, and manage replenishment orders, invoicing, along with managing slow and obsolete stock.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal team to ensure accurate and on time delivery.
  • Track orders and resolve any delivery or inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate supply chain documentation, reports, and purchase orders.
  • Support procurement and purchasing activates in line with operational requirements.
  • Assist with supply chain changes, cost-saving initiative, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure compliance across depots, ensuring SLA’s and processes are adhered to for booking in and out stock.

The ideal candidate for this role will be analytical, detail oriented and thrives in a fast-paced logistic environment. You will be able to work within the agree SLA’s, targets/deadlines and have experience of building strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders.

Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement role is preferred, with a strong understanding of supply chain principles and stock inventory control – preferably in the commercial tyre industry.

Ability to manage customer expectations and demand, you will have excellent communication, listening and presenting skills coupled with strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.

With a proven ability to implement innovative working methods that enhance stock and supply chain efficiency, you will have a collaborative approach to building robust relationships across all organisational levels, aimed at achieving business objectives.

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
