Commercial Tyre Depot Supervisor
£39,250 per annum (OTE up to £41,000 with bonus and call outs)
Full Time, permanent 44 hours per week

Tructyre has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Commercial Tyre Depot Supervisor. We value our team members and offer robust support with our comprehensive induction and training program.
The role:
Support the Depot Manager in achieving P&L targets and SLAs.
Delegate tasks and manage fleet scheduling.
Act as Depot Manager when needed.
Perform commercial vehicle tire fitting, including roadside assistance and fleet inspections as and when needed to support the business.
Have ability to be on the Depot call out rota to service our customer fleets out of the normal Depot working hours.
Knowledge of and compliance with Company Health and Safety Policies and Procedures, specific awareness required concerning lone working and working at the roadside.
Assist in staff training and development, manage resources effectively, and keep good working relationships with stakeholders.

What we are looking for:
Be able to provide valid Right to Work in the UK.
Hold a full, valid UK Drivers Licence.
To have the ability to be flexible and react to different challenges which will give you the opportunity to develop within Tructyre.
Experience fitting commercial tyres is essential.
Valid REACT Card Holder.
Relevant supervisory/team leader experience is advantageous.
License to Fit/City and Guilds trained is preferred.
